The Galaxy Watch 5 changes almost nothing from a design point of view compared to last year’s Galaxy Watch 4. The watch has a sliding touch border around its 40mm or 44mm screen, depending on the model, and two physical buttons on one side to control the WearOS-based interface that, thankfully, Samsung watches of the previous generation have. will be deAvailable in three colours. Pricing starts at $280 for a 40mm model.

The changes are minor in the Watch 5, however, and it is the Watch 5 Pro that is attracting the most attention this year, a new model that has been certified with the name “Pro” (which you can see in the first image above this article) with a smaller body. Sturdy titanium, 45mm screen, new buckle and strap system and, most importantly, focus on athletes, with features like route tracking, destination import and more, plus increased shock and drop resistance (thanks to the new material) and a much larger 590mAh battery , which Samsung promised will last up to 3 days without GPS or an entire day using GPS constantly. Its price starts at 450 dollars.

When the Galaxy Buds Pro hit Samsung’s in-ear earbuds catalog in 2021, they automatically became the company’s best headphones to date. However, two factors were clearly important for Samsung to continue improving in the future: comfort and size. These are two of the biggest changes the new Galaxy Buds 2 Pro has received.

Yes, their name is Buds 2 Pro and not Buds Pro 2. These new headphones are more compact and lighter than last year’s Buds Pro headphones, without losing sound quality or noise cancellation, according to the company. In fact, this time they mentioned that the Buds 2 Pro’s high-resolution (Hi-Fi) sound, since it’s 24-bit audio, is louder than 16-bit other headphones. The Buds 2 Pro also features Samsung’s new proprietary codec called SSC (Samsung Seamless Codec), in addition to the classic AAC and SBC. And about noise cancellation, Samsung says it has improved over the previous model in both blocking out lower and higher frequencies. Honestly, I’m really curious to try them out.

Its battery lasts about 5 hours with active noise cancellation and 8 hours without active noise cancellation (about 18 hours and 29 hours in total with the charges provided by the case, respectively). It comes in three colors and is priced at $230.

All new Samsung smartwatches, headphones and smartphones arrive on August 26th in Spain, Argentina, Mexico, the United States and many other regions.
