solonion Celebrated Health and Wellness Month in Mayduring which it launched various workshops and activities to contribute to the physical and emotional well-being of all its members, Solunioners.

Likewise, “Choose Living Better” has been introduced, the new platform that, thanks to a collaboration with Fundación MAPFRE, allows you to create multiple content about health and well-being.

Also, for a few months, Weekly face-to-face training sessions are held from the Solunion office in Madrid Together with triathlete athlete Alejandro Santamaría, founder of the platform Trines, Through it Solunioners members can access exercise plans, nutritional advice and book consultations with Carlos Mancebo, a Trientrenos nutritionist who comes to the office every Tuesday.
