Barcelona-based industrial design studio Ànima Design has created an Almirall drug dispenser for patients with multiple sclerosis where they can self-administer their medications through the reflex action of closing their hands.

As noted on Monday by those responsible for the design studio through a statement, it is an initiative that “facilitates therapeutic compliance” which, after a period of use, “generates greater self-esteem in patients.”
